概要

这是一门结合「华语学习」及「料理教学」的影音教材,每一单元都是一道台湾常见的菜肴,从食材采买、烹饪步骤到做菜用语的复习,跟着吴老师和秀秀阿姨的厨艺,一步步带你认识最「食」用的「料理华语」!

The course “Learn Chinese with Cooking” combines both Chinese language learning and cooking steps-including buying ingredients, actual cooking steps, and reviewing of the cooking related Chinese vocabularies.
Follow the instruction with the instructor Miss Wu and the chef Miss Zhang, you will get to know the most practical, useful Chinese about cooking in 10 units, which are 10 selected common Taiwanese dishes.

  1. 能認識每道菜餚所需食材及調味品,並於市場自行採買。
  2. 能複述並理解烹飪所用華語詞彙或術語。
  3. 能依循步驟烹飪每道菜餚。
  4. 能提升對臺灣料理及飲食文化之興趣與動機。
