This course, centered on Long-Term Care Reablement, integrates professional experiences from Taiwan and the United Kingdom to provide an in-depth analysis of this emerging policy and service model in long-term care. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the origins, core concepts, and practical approaches of Reablement, while broadening their global perspectives through international best-practice cases and evidence-based research.

Taiwan is not only the first country in Asia to promote Reablement in long-term care, but also one of the few to implement it nationwide as a systematic model. The course is taught by experts who have been deeply involved in government policy design and system development, alongside specialists from the Kent County Council in the UK, offering firsthand professional knowledge through cross-national collaboration.

The entire course is delivered in English, combining professional depth with international exchange value, making it well-suited for learners interested in long-term care, health care, and global policy trends.
